Costa Blanca Eiendomsformidling (CBE)
is a Real Estate Agency. We market for over one hundred builders, developers and
agents. With our vast experience in the property business we feel confident and
provide perfect property to our clients - be it for permanent occupation,
holiday use, or as an investment for rental income and capital
growth.
When you make contact with us by telephone,
e-mail or in person, you will find that there is common ground in the questions
that are raised. We will both need to know 'what? when? where? why? and how
much?' It is as important to us as it is to you to understand the full picture
relating to your search for a home in "sunny climes".
From the conversations and correspondances,
we shall send you information that will most suitably match your requirements.
It is our responsibility to find you a suitable property within the criteria you
have laid out, hence the wide range of properties we market.
It could take weeks to find your ideal home
in Spain, but with our help you will find a selection to view in a matter of
days. Many of our developers and constructors are small companies who do not
retain sales offices. We also work with the largest companies in the area,
either way you will have the services of our local representatives to act for
you, not make sales on behalf of an individual company, truly independent
advice. One common factor is that we check all companies for credibility long
before their properties have been included in our portfolio.
- CBE will show you a complete new
way of life in Spain. Our offices in Norway and Spain are always available to
you for any after sales advice you require. Flights and accommodation for
return visits, car hire, furniture packs, travel and property insurance, how
to import your household contents etc are many questions where we shall give
you help in a best possible way.
- Your time is valuable; we know that even
if you are retired there are not enough hours in the day, so allow CBE
to find you a suitable property, ultimately saving you both time and money.
Our service to you is on an individual - 'one to one' basis - it
is personal and without the pressure associated with some other companies. Our
representative will be with you for the duration of your visit and you will
have their undivided attention. Many other agents will take 5 or 6 separate
clients on 'viewing visits' at the same time, in a minibus! A very impersonal
experience. Take one of our short duration inspection flights - a business
trip to view and buy homes in Spain, we will define your requirements and show
you a selection of properties that fit your criteria. The pages of our web
site show examples of such properties with lot of
information.
- The details and prices were correct as
the time this information was prepared. However, CBE cannot be held
responsible for any change to the specification or the prices by the time you
visit Spain. Contracts will be in Euros so the rate of exchange on the day you
transer funds will apply. Once contract has been signed, all prices are frozen
and you don't have to pay anything more. We hope that you enjoy one of our
